Legality:

Our company is completely legal and compliant with current uk tax legislation, in fact it has been developed in consultation with KPMG and notable tax barristers.
Our solution Is NOT:

• an umbrella company
• and EBT (employee benefits trust)

Both of these solutions fall down under scrutiny, umbrella companies charge you fees even when you are not contracting or are out of work, and EBT’s became non viable as a means of tax optimization in December 2010.
